Costco Tire Service Center

Over an hour and a half to install two tires, and we were on time for our appointment. Next time I'll pay extra to do this at a better shop.

I had an appointment at your shop today for tire repair, but due to a cycling marathon event, the roads in front of your location were closed and vehicles could not access the area. I did not receive any prior notice that the appointment needed to be canceled or rescheduled. I drove out in the morning and encountered heavy traffic, spending about two hours just to reach the vicinity. However, once I arrived, I found it was completely inaccessible. I then spent another two hours in traffic leaving the area. This caused a significant waste of time and effort. I believe customers should be notified in advance about road closures so appointments can be properly rescheduled.

We came to the Costco Tire Service Center and had a great experience. We ordered our tires online and scheduled an appointment. The process was easy and well organized. They offer really good deals on major brands like Firestone, Michelin, and Goodyear, so it is definitely worth checking out if you need new tires. The service itself was smooth and took about an hour, which worked out perfectly because we were able to do our Costco shopping while they worked on the car. By the time we finished shopping, the tires were ready to go. Everything was efficient, and it was convenient.

If you purchase tires from Costco, then you should install them here. Installation, balancing, and subsequent rotation are included in the price of the purchased tire. I got a full set of new tires for my vehicle, and they did a great job of installing and balancing them without a single scratch on the rims. If you did not purchase a tire and simply need to patch the nail hole, still come here. Their price is super competitive, and again, they do a great job with installation. The only downside is they are always always booked, and it's not easy to get an appointment. Maybe I should not be raving about them, so fewer people would come here, and it would be easier for me to get an appointment when needed 🤔 🤣

Filip went above and beyond for the service that I needed. I’ve been to multiple Costco tire centers in tri state area but this one beats all of them in terms of the customer service, quality of work and efficiency. It gets packed on the weekends so I recommend coming in first thing in the morning (walk-ins can take 2-4hours) otherwise make sure to make an appointment ahead of the time.
